Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, frozen
4 fresh apricots, pitted
1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to the blender.
2. Blend for a few seconds to combine.
3. Add the bananas and apricots to the blender.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
6. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
For a vegan version, replace Greek yogurt with almond butter or a plant-based yogurt.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey as desired.
