Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Add blackberries, banana, and almond milk to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.

3. Add Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Blend again until well combined.
4. Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired and blend again.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
Adjust the sweetness by adding a teaspoon of honey or agave nectar.
For a protein boost, include a scoop of protein powder.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
