1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
3. Pour into a shallow freezer-safe container.

4. Freeze for 3–4 hours, stirring once halfway.
5. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
