Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana, frozen and sliced
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened or vanilla)
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
1 teaspoon chia or flaxseed (optional)

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Adjust with more almond milk for thinner consistency.
