Ingredients
1 cup frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Add almond milk, frozen peaches, and banana to the blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add chia seeds, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
4. Blend again until well incorporated.

5. Add ice cubes and blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
6. Taste and add maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
7. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes
For a thicker smoothie, reduce the almond milk or add more frozen fruit.
Substitute almond milk with coconut milk for a richer texture.
Add a scoop of protein powder for a post-workout boost.
