Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
½ ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup spinach or kale, washed and chopped
1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for protein)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for fiber)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Peel and pit the avocado. Chop the greens.
2. Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, and spinach to the blender. Blend until smooth.

3. Add strawberries, avocado, chia seeds, and honey. Blend until creamy.
4. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk or ice.
5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
For a dairy-free version, skip Greek yogurt or use plant-based yogurt.
To thicken the smoothie, add more ice or frozen fruit.
For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder or flax seeds.
