Ingredients
2 cups watermelon cubes (chilled)
1 ripe banana (sliced)
1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Add watermelon cubes, banana slices, and almond milk to a blender.
2. Add ice cubes and honey to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Adjust consistency with more almond milk if needed.
5. Add chia seeds and pulse for a few seconds.
6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes
For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup or agave.
To make it thicker, use frozen banana slices.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
